Today is the day for the highest Shintoism goddess visit at Naiku in Ise-jingu. Travel agency was arranged the volanteer guide and had interesting explanation ex. some pillars of the shrine are reused to the gate(Torii) of this Uji bridge after regular shrine removal.
It was also recommended to wash the hands at the Isuzu river(五十鈴川) before going to the main shrine and also visit Takimatsuri no kami(滝祭神) shrine next the river as it’s messenger of the main shrine according to the guide explanation. There you just inform your name, address and coming to worship to the god.
The left photo is the route of the main shrine and the right is the premises of the next regular removal.
Finally we were in front of the main shrine of Naiku! Here’s also prohibited to take the picture of inside. So it’s in front of the gate(Torii 鳥居).
Here, it should not be wishing but only gratitude informing.
After the main shrine visit, we have visited some other important shrines such as Goto-no-mikura (御稲御倉), Aramatsuri-no-miya(荒祭宮), Kagura-den(神楽殿) and so on.
Important thing, the personal wish should be informed at Aramatsuri-no-miya, where the highest goddess strong spirit is enshrined.
After finishing the whole Naiku visit in the morning, we went to full of shops and restaurant street, Okag-yokocho. My friend is fun of Snoopy so naturally taking pictures😉
After that, for the lunch we went a restaurant with view, located nearly end of the street.
The walking tunnel is also such a decorative and expressive.
On the street there are very traditional houses.
The travel agency enforced to leave such very interesting street for visit another pray spot Kongo-shouji (金剛證寺) at Asakuma-dake(朝熊岳) as the temple guarding the demon gate of Ise Jingu.
That was another way of impressive spot. Until the main temple was normal atmosphere. However, it was so different temperature with strong wind after the gate to inner sanctuary. I think me and my friend are not so sensitive neither spiritual but it’s something different and some of people returned.

Further program was for the travel agency such as visiting large pearl shop and large Chikuwa(ちくわ cylinder shape fish paste food) maker shop, nothing related Ise-jingu😑…
