From Kagawa Prefecture has easily access to next prefecture’s famous sightseeing spot Naruto whirlpools. There, we found very interesting museum near that ship departure spot for killing the time, initially. However, it’s so great purpose and great & unique museum I felt. Here you can see the western world masterpieces on ceramic board one time. Because ceramic board is more durable and retains the colours more than 2000 years, these ceramic boards will be referred for the repair of the real masterpieces.
Another point you can see the world famous paintings one time as real size, i.e. comparison of different version of Van Gogh Sunflowers then you can go to Sistine Chapel or outside of Monet Water lilies.
It was described that these ceramic boards themselves requires exclusive high quality without any holes nor cracks nor warping for such a big size of art. Another remarkable points are colours which were printed and painted with 20000 varieties.
In addition, this museum was constructed in the national park which require enormous efforts & restriction, that’s the reason it has 2 floors over the ground and 5 floors underground.
One thing I have to remark, entrance fee is not cheap as 3300 yen which I don’t like part of Japan, leisure or art are too expensive!
After such wonderful visiting but full of our heads, it was nice simply watching the sea natures of Whirlpool.
After full of the sightseeing, such delightful dinner were provide😋😋.
